My name is Eric from Orlando, FL and have been a huge Dolphins fan since forever. Through the ups and downs I have followed them every year. Football has been my favorite sport since I was a kid as I also am a big fan of the Miami Hurricanes.

Are the Dolphins Really Improved? posted on 09/09/2008
I was at last week's game against the New York Jets to watch the new and improved Miami Dolphins against Brett Favre and the Jets. While the Dolphins had a chance at winning the game when Chad Pennington threw an interception 18 yards out of the end zone I still had to wonder if the Dolphins really looked any better. Even though they only won one game last year and realistically they can do no worse they still seemed to make the same mistakes as last year. Defensively they had a tough time stopping the run as Thomas Jones ran for over 100 yards against the Dolphin defense and averaged 4.6 yards a carry. Also, they allowed Brett Favre to throw a lame duck in the air and somehow the Jets still came down with it. Offensively they made too many mistakes starting with #1 pick Jake Long as he wa
